Walt who answers the phone is spot on and things are arranged quickly and they arrive on time.

Our dryer stopped blowing heat or drying clothes. Within 24hrs of my call, Dimitri had come out and repaired the dryer. I have your card handy for the next time something happens. Once notified technician Dmitro arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the failed defrost component. After acquiring the needed part the repair was done in a very short time. We are thankful for the fast, courtesy and professional repair work by Dmitro and will gladly request his expertise again should the need arise.
