Our technician was super professional and showed me the proper way to use my appliances. He pointed out that my dryer problem was related to my outside vent. He also took the time to vacuum out the inside filter of my dryer to help it to work more efficiently. He was dressed nicely and had a nice demeanor. I would totally recommend Expert Appiance Repair and plan to use them with any other problems I may have with my other appliances.

Amazing response to my problems with my sub-zero fridge, with a quick phonecall and text message, accurate arrival time, friendly and most important super knowledgeable. Reasonable rates, I have recommended them before and wholeheartedly will do it again.

Our fridge wasn't very cold so we called Expert Appliance Repair. We called around 4:00 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and they had someone out the very next day. Vlad P was our tech. First off he was on time. In fact I think maybe a few minutes early. He figured out very quickly that it was the fan. He needed to order it, which he did and came back out on Thusday to install, which he also did very quickly. I want to say that Vlad is young, but please don't let that fool you. He has been educated in this line of work and had training. It paid off. It probably also helps that he is smart. You just know by watching him and listening to him. Very nice young man who did a great job. I highly recommend this company and Vlad P. If we need help again we are calling them back and I would specifically ask for Vlad.

Definitely my go to for appliance repair. Andy repaired my oven door which was broken for years!!! Also worked on my refrigerator door and dryer. He knew right away when I spoke with him on the phone what the problem was and showed up with the parts ready to go, extremely knowledgeable. SO HAPPY with the results!!!!!!!!
