Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of the Site
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow customers to request appliance repair service in Greater Seattle & the Eastside. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or misleading information through our contact form.
Service Scope and Estimates
EHS Expert Appliance Repair provides residential appliance diagnostic and repair services for major household brands. Any pricing information referenced on this website is general in nature. Final pricing is determined after an in-home diagnostic evaluation, and estimates provided by phone or online are not binding quotes until confirmed by a technician.
Appointments and Cancellations
We schedule appointments based on technician availability and the information you provide about your appliance issue. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible by phone if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so that we can offer the time slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
Parts and Labor Warranty
Repairs performed by EHS Expert Appliance Repair are backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified at the time of service. This warranty covers defects related to the specific repair performed and the parts installed. It does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or damage caused after the original service was completed. Warranty claims should be reported by phone as soon as an issue is noticed.
Payment
Payment for diagnostic fees and completed repairs is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you by our office or technician at the time of scheduling or service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EHS Expert Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of food or property, except where such liability results from our direct negligence in performing a repair. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
